Refunds are issued by check unless the payment was made with a credit or debit card in which case the refund will be applied to the card used. Refund checks are approved at the Board of Commissioners meetings each month (unless otherwise noted).
Refund/transfer requests may be made up to five business days prior to the start of a class. A $5 service charge will be deducted from all refunds except for those cancelled by the Park District. Refund requests received after the deadline will be honored only for certified medical reasons, moving from the Park District, or those that qualify for a program guarantee refund.
